This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Miss Mary Olson, Principal of Methodist Girls' School from 1905 to 1910 and again from 1926 to 1930. She was Principal of Methodist Girls' Afternoon School at Short Sheet (Oct 1926-1930) and Fairfield Methodist Girls' School (1907-1908, 1910-1916, 1918-1923, 1925, 1934-1935).
