This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Seah Moon Ming, President of Singapore Technologies Electronics or ST Electronics (since 1997; formerly "Singapore Electronic and Engineering Company" in 1969; "ST Electronic and Engineering" in 1996) in 1997-2009. He was Assistant Director (Communications) of the Defence Materials Organisation (1990-1992) and General Manager of CEI Technologies, a business unit of the Singapore Technologies Group (1994-1997).
