This 1984 photograph shows shophouses, located at Race Course Road (north corner of Owen Road, view towards northeast). The two-storey shophouses feature a five-foot way running along the front on the ground floor, and windows topped with transoms on the upper floor. The roof eaves are decorated with fretwork details.
