This 1971 photograph features a double-volume verandah in Panglima Prang. The verandah leads to the interior of the house through an arched doorway with a keystone. An open casement window can be seen above the arched doorway. Panglima Prang was a 19th century Straits Chinese bungalow built by Tan Kim Seng and was situated at Jalan Kuala, off River Valley Road before it was demolished in 1982.
