This photograph is part of the Datuk Seri Lim Chong Keat Collection. It shows an aerial view of the DBS Building construction site. Two large, round foundation piers have been bored, and two workers are seen standing on top of one of them. On the opposite side of the road is the Singapore Conference Hall and Trade Union House. Dated 2 February 1970, the rear of the photograph also bears the chop, Wong Commercial Photographer. Title devised by Library staff.
