This 1982 photograph shows Jalan Pisang, towards Victoria Street from North Bridge Road corner. Jalan Pisang is a one-way street located in the Kampong Glam conservation area, with shophouses and roadside parking. Pisang is the Malay term for banana. Title devised by Library staff.
