This 1983 photograph depicts Upper Serangoon Road (towards the northeast), with Florence Close on the left. It shows a view of a two-way street with guard rails separating traffic from both directions. Shophouses line the street along the left side, while on both roadsides can be seen several parked vehicles. Title devised by library staff.
