This is a 1982 photograph depicting Winstedt Road, from Clemenceau Avenue. It shows a view of a one-way street with low-rise residential apartment blocks on the right. These apartments are Public Utilities Board (PUB)-owned flats, designed by Singapore Improvement Trust (SIT) circa 1956. Title devised by Library staff.
