This 1984 photograph depicts Koon Seng Road, north side, towards Joo Chiat Road. It shows a view of a street with two-storey terrace houses on the right. Koon Seng Road is named after Cheong Koon Seng, an auctioneer and estate agent that built the Theatre Royal in North Bridge Road. Title devised by Library staff.
