This 1980 photograph shows two men standing outside the signalling room at the Bukit Timah Station. The manually operated signalling room consists of many levers which control the routing of the train tracks as well as the signalling to the trains. Red and green flags, used by the station master, can be seen hung at the wall. Title devised by Library staff.
