This 2010 photograph shows the lift lobby of a HDB (Housing and Development Board) apartment block 323, Serangoon Avenue 3. The block has not gone through a LUP (Lift Upgrading Programme). Hence, the lifts only serve the first, sixth and 11th floor. There are two signs (A and B) to identify the two lifts, and in the space between the lifts there are various informational signs.
