This 1984 photograph depicts shophouse no. 23 Norris Road, which is similar to a house at no. 25 Norris Road. The façade of the upper floor of the two-storey shophouse is decorated with pilasters and cornices. It has two French windows covered with timber louvred shutters and topped with fretwork panels.
