Foo, Eric Chee Meng
Shown here is a photograph of Dr. Wong Meng Voon i.e. Huang Mengwen) who is one of Singapore's most well-known Chinese authors. He was the first recipient of the Cultural Medallion in Chinese literature in 1981. Title devised by Library staff.
