This photograph shows women construction workers working on petrol tanks of an airfield. They are carrying building materials up a sloping terrain. The materials are placed in two buckets hung on each end of a wooden pole which is then slung over their shoulders. They also put on oversized hats for shade as the airfield is treeless.
