This photograph shows a close-up view of the wheels and part of the wings of a grounded and smashed aircraft. It is most probably the Avro Anson aircraft that crashed in a Kuala Lumpur cemetery near the RAF airfield in 1953, killing its civilian pilot and co-pilot. RAF officers were among those who arrived at the crash scene. Title devised by library staff. Date of creation estimated.
