A general view of the exterior of the old Reformatory (then the Boys' Home), at Clementi Road is shown together with its high iron security gate. Clementi Road was formerly known as Reformatory Road because of this boys' home situated along the road. The home was relocated to a new complex in Jurong in 1999. Title devised by Library staff.
