This 1988 photograph shows a grassy, open space at Nee Soon Avenue 2, with a view eastwards from near Sembawang Road. Nee Soon Avenue was named after Lim Nee Soon, "pineapple king" and rubber planter, and is now known as Yishun Avenue 2. Title devised by Library staff.
