It shows a street view of the DBS Building construction site which is fronted by a signboard that reads "50-storey office tower shopping arcade conference centre for the development bank of Singapore limited". The street level access to the building is boarded up with scaffolding. The Malaysia-Singapore Airlines Building is visible in the background. Dated 21 July 1971, the rear of the photograph also bears the chop of Wong Commercial Photographer. Title devised by Library staff.
