This 2009 photograph shows a three-storey black and white apartment block at 15 Westbourne Road, Wessex Estate. This is a colonial period walk-up apartment built in the 1940s. A clothes rack can be seen near the stairway, filled with laundry drying under the sun. Part of the One-north development initiative, the houses in this area have now become home to a community of artists, teachers and actors. Title devised by Library staff.
