This is a 1940s photograph from E. A. Brown's collection. It shows the main altar and east windows of the St. Andrew's Cathedral. The picture appears to be taken during the annual Harvest thanksgiving service, normally held in October, when various foodstuffs, fruits and flowers are donated by the congregation.
