[Sultan Abdul Samad Building, KL]
This photograph shows a street view of the Sultan Abdul Samad Building in Kuala Lumpur. Completed just before the turn of the 20th century, it used to house many government offices. Influenced by Mogul architecture, its signature features such as the clock tower and domes can be seen in this photograph. There is also a partial view of an open field or the Padang in front of the building. It is lined with a men mostly sitting on their bicycles and who appear to be onlookers.
