Mountbatten Road, opposite Walton Road : general view

This 1982 photograph shows Mountbatten Road, from opposite Walton Road. It shows a view of a paved road lined with trees on both sides, and guard fences on the right. Low-rise dwellings are also visible on the left. Mountbatten Road is named after Lord Louis Mountbatten (1900-1979), Supreme Allied Commander in Southeast Asia from 1943 to 1945.
