This 1983 photograph depicts Upper Serangoon Road (towards the southwest from near Florence Close). It shows a view of a two-way street with guard rails separating traffic from both directions. Shops line the street along both sides, while a building construction site and an overhead bridge can be seen in the background. Title devised by library staff.
