This 1982 photograph shows Mountbatten Road. Mountbatten Road is named after Lord Louis Mountbatten (1900 - 1979), British Admiral, Supreme Allied Commander in Southeast Asia from 1943 to 1945, and the last Viceroy of India in 1947. Title devised by Library staff.
