"As DORSCON was declared as at Orange on 7th Feb 2020, I saw people resorting to panic stocking etc. There was a beautiful process of distribution of masks across Singapore. Each household got four free masks. I went to the nearby Community Centre and collected – the process was very smooth and the delivery extraordinarily efficient. The masks were so nicely packed, and instructions were printed clearly on the cover. This photograph shows the front side of a leaflet on the wearing of face masks issued by the Singapore Government.
