This 1988 photograph shows Nee Soon Avenue 2, from near Sembawang Road, with a view of a pavement leading westwards. The tree-lined road is just visible to the right. Nee Soon Avenue was named after Lim Nee Soon, "pineapple king" and rubber planter , and is now known as Yishun Avenue 2. Title devised by Library staff.
