This 1982 photograph shows shophouse no. 254 Jalan Besar, opposite New World Park. The two-storey shophouse has a façade which features plaster mouldings, tiled pilasters, and tiled panels below the upper floor windows. "Modern Photo Studio" occupies the premises on the ground floor. Title devised by Library staff.
