This is a 1990 photograph of Changi Point, with a view of the beach on its south-westwards. Changi Point is not found in the present day street directory. Changi Point is in the Changi Village area, and has always been the focal point of activities from colonial times when it served as military barracks, administrative quarters, entertainment and recreational facilities.
