This 1982 photograph shows a house, at no. 526 Sims Avenue, east of Geylang Lorong 35 (part of corner block). Sims Avenue is named after prominent Chinese businessman Sim Kia Jan, managing director of Chin Huat Tin Ore Trading Company, and a member of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
