This 1983 photograph shows Upper Serangoon Road (from Recreation Road towards Recreation Lane). It shows a view of a two-way street with guard rails separating traffic from both directions. Roadside plants line the street along both sides. The road sign for Recreation Lane can be seen on the right. Title devised by library staff.
