This photograph is part of the Datuk Seri Lim Chong Keat Collection. It shows the exterior view of the DBS Building which is under construction from across the road. The ground floor scaffolding has been removed and a newly-constructed staircase to the upper level can be seen beside the road. The Malaysia-Singapore Airlines Building and the Chartered Bank building are visible in the background. Dated 21 November 1971, the rear of the photograph also bears the chop of Wong Commercial Photographer. Title devised by Library staff.
