Side building of Chinese temple at Balestier Road, 1977



Photographer’s annotation on slide: “Balestier Rd D. 3 Avril 1977.” This 1977 photograph shows the side building of Goh Chor Tua Pek Kong Temple at Balestier Road. A man can be seen sitting in front of the building with some chairs around him. He most likely is the interpreter for fortune sticks or a fortune teller. Title devised by Library staff.
