This 1983 photograph shows a building, located at the corner of Ann Siang Road (opposite Public Utilities Board electric substation entrance). Ann Siang Road was named after Chia Ann Siang. The shophouses and buildings in this vicinity are currently under the Chinatown conservation area. Title devised by Library staff.
