There are roads along the construction site and parked cars. In the background is a view of the harbour with large godowns and the seafront. The front of the photograph has a caption that reads, "基礎エ 75.1 「DBSビル」 写真-2 角形 コンクリート パイル 支保エ", Dated 1 June 1970, the rear of the photograph also bears the chop, Wong Commercial Photographer.
