This is a 1991 photograph showing a tree-lined Neo Tiew Road, near the junction of Lim Chu Kang Road, at the corner of Jalan Gemala. The first Neo, Plantation Supervisor Neo Koon Hian, settled here and this became a Neo clan area. Title devised by Library staff.
