This photograph shows the crew setting up the stage for "Switch Off the Lights, Please", a performance art by Tang Da Wu, a Singaporean artist. Some of the props seen here are sandbags, white canvas, a pile of soil and a plant with large leaves. The performance was presented under Guinness Raw Theatre I, at The Substation Garden between 6 and 17 December 1991. Date of creation estimated. Title devised by Library staff.
