This 1995 photograph shows a partially-hidden slope with boulders and the vast expanse of waters at the Lower Seletar Reservoir at Yishun Avenue 1. Completed in 1986, Lower Seletar Reservoir was formed by the damming of Sungei Seletar. Title devised by Library staff.
