This 1968 photograph shows Emerald Hill Road with rows of two-storey terrace houses lining both its sides. A building under construction can be seen in the background. The Emerald Hill area was originally owned by William Cuppage, who was the acting Postmaster General in the 1840s. Title devised by Library staff.
