This 1982 photograph shows Blair Road, at the junction of Spottiswoode Park Road. Shophouses with wooden French windows on the upper floor can be seen along the street. Blair Road is named after Captain John Blair, of the Tanjong Pagar Dock Company. Title devised by Library staff.
