This 1972 photograph shows a traffic junction of Victoria Street and Bras Basah Road. The corner shophouse has a Chinese restaurant on the ground floor and a dental clinic on the second floor. Seen in the background on the left of the photograph is the steeple of Cathedral of the Good Shepherd, which is the oldest surviving Catholic Church in Singapore. Title devised by Library staff.
