This 2009 photograph shows Tembusu Neighbourhood Link (also known as Tembusu Transport) office, at 31A Eunos Crescent. Established by the Sathya Sai Social Service (4S), the organisation provides an affordable transport service to residents with mobility difficulties to attend appointments at healthcare facilities.
