This 1967 photograph shows a shophouse on Stanley Street, featuring full-length French windows flanked with half-length casement windows on each of the upper storeys. Those on the second storey are topped with plaques inscribed with Chinese characters, while those on the third storey are topped with fanlights. Seen below each of the half-length windows are decorative bas-relief panels carved with Chinese figurative scenes. Title devised by Library staff.
