This 1983 photograph depicts Upper Serangoon Road (from Lim Tua Tow Road junction towards Yio Chu Kang Road). It shows a view of a two-way street with guard rails separating traffic from both directions. Shophouses line the street along both sides, while in the background can be seen an overhead bridge.
