This 1968 photograph shows East Coast Road, taken from an overhead bridge. A row of shophouses can be seen on the left. Some of the shophouses have a cantilevered balcony on the upper floor. Mounted above the corner shophouse is a pointed roof profile, with the establishment date of the building on it. Title devised by Library staff.
