This 1967 photograph shows the first-storey window of a shophouse on Tong Watt Road. It is fixed with iron grilles for security, and topped with Chinese characters（茂松）indicating abundance. The owner's name (钟成顺) is printed on the stone chair. Located near River Valley Road, Tong Watt Road is named after Tan Tong Watt, the Hokkien landowner who had owned it.
