This is a 2003 photograph of Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, which was established in 1883. With an area of 163 hectares, it is one of the largest tracts of primary rainforest left in Singapore and is known for its biodiversity. This is a view of one of the several trails for walkers, joggers and other outdoor enthusiasts and is marked by a brass signboard. Title devised by Library staff.
