This 1982 photograph shows a house, at no. 147 Neil Road, near Kampong Bahru Road junction. The two-storey terrace house has three French windows with wooden semi-louvred shutters on the upper floor. On the ground floor is a porch with a walkway that leads to a gateway flanked by stone walls. Neil Road is in the Tanjong Pagar area. Title devised by Library staff.
