This 1982 photograph shows the exterior of a shophouse at Lorong 27 Geylang corner, on the right of Sims Avenue (eastwards). The lower floor of the two-storey shophouse features a doorway with a wooden door and grilles, flanked by two barred windows. The upper floor windows are covered with wooden louvred shutters.
