Teaching violin over Zoom during COVID-19 pandemic [1]

"I am a violin Teacher doing pro Bono teaching in Very Special Arts Singapore and to a Myanmar orphanage. It has always been a uphill task to teach special needs children and teaching over internet with whatever app or software platform is really painfully difficult for them to follow and hard for me to coach. As for my children in Myanmar Tachilek, I was suppose to go to them and see how we’re their progress in music learning but traveling was disrupted and teaching with Zoom was the only option left."--Contributed by Samuel Kwan Tzun Sing, as part of the "Documenting COVID-19 in Singapore" collection community call. This photograph shows some children playing the violin over a zoom session. The violin teacher can be seen on a small display at the bottom right corner of the screen.
