This 1982 photograph shows three-storey terrace houses at Neil Road. The houses have stone walls behind which are the courtyards. The entrance to the houses are partially hidden by a large shady tree. On the upper floors of the houses can be seen French windows with wooden semi-louvred shutters. Neil Road is in the Tanjong Pagar area. Title devised by Library staff.
